SAUNA TIPS AND WARNINGS |

Saunas are considered to be perhaps the best soothing and relaxing things you can easily find and acquire and use. Nowadays, it’s extremely easy to choose and own a good sauna that will meet all your requirements. Generally, a far infrared sauna is particularly beneficial due to its far infrared rays that are found to be fundamental, indispensable part of life on Earth. All living things and being - receive and radiate them. And now, with sauna capable to produce the same heat - far infrared - saunas and other infrared applications become increasingly common, we humans are wisely using benefits from those rays and improve the quality of our own lives, body and entire organism. Although, it is very important that each and every person who uses sauna for the first and not for the first time, must necessarily be aware of the following TIPS and WARNINGS!
These sauna recommendations are based on sauna uses long ago.
Sauna Tips
- Each time you use sauna, start gradually. Stay in only as long as you are comfortable, increasing the time with each visit.
- Rinse your body or take a shower each time before starting sauna session
- Have a small towel to place under your body when you sit in the sauna, and one to wipe sweat (bacteria reasons)
- Remove all of your clothing and unnecessary items (watch, glasses, rings etc)
- Drink a lot of water/green tea (preferably) before or after each time you enter a sauna
Warnings
- Don’t Talk/Laugh during sauna session, better keep silent and enjoy!
- Don’t Sleep, better just relax and meditate.
- Don’t Eat or Drink Alcohol
- People with heart ailments or respiratory diseases need to avoid the sauna, and anyone with chronic ailments needs to check first with his or her doctor.
- If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or heart disease, you'll want to be cautious and consult a doctor first before starting a sauna program.
